About me
Jahari Soward Weaver is a responsible AI adoption and workforce transformation strategist, speaker and coach. As Founder and CEO of NPursuit Career Partners, a talent solutions company with a social impact model, she helps organizations prepare their people, operations and governance for the changes AI is bringing to work. Under her leadership, NPursuit was ranked No. 6 on the 2025 Inc. Regionals: Southeast list.
Through an initiative with Microsoft focused on building AI capacity, Jahari helped more than 500 small businesses and nonprofits move from experimentation to practical implementation. She works with leaders to identify meaningful uses of AI that keep people at the center, strengthen AI literacy and prepare teams for role redesign, augmentation and reskilling. Her approach connects workforce readiness with business operations, embedding clear governance, human oversight and accountability to build trust and organizational resilience.
Her signature Jobs. Skills. Wealth. framework brings a human and economic lens to AI by asking three essential questions: How will AI reshape jobs? What skills will people and organizations need to thrive? Who will benefit economically, and how can we make sure opportunity reaches more people?
Jahari brings the practical perspective of a business operator, workforce leader and capacity builder. With warmth, candor and executive clarity, she helps audiences move beyond hype, assess their readiness and take thoughtful action. Her work is grounded in the belief that responsible AI should strengthen organizations, expand human potential and create broader economic opportunity.
