Jahari Soward Weaver is a responsible AI adoption and workforce transformation strategist, speaker and coach. As Founder and CEO of NPursuit Career Partners, a talent solutions company with a social impact model, she helps organizations prepare their people, operations and governance for the changes AI is bringing to work. Through an initiative with Microsoft focused on building AI capacity, Jahari helped more than 500 small businesses and nonprofits move from experimentation to practical implementation.
