About me
Grace is a climate strategy and risk advisor at Ramboll, where she helps companies and asset owners assess climate-related risks, respond to evolving disclosure requirements, and build more resilient business strategies. Her work focuses on translating complex climate risk information into practical decisions that support diligence, disclosure, capital planning, and long-term resilience. She advises clients across a range of regulatory and voluntary frameworks, including SB 261, CSRD, TCFD, and IFRS, and works closely with Ramboll’s HazAtlas climate risk platform to evaluate how physical climate hazards may affect specific assets, operations, and portfolios.
Before moving into consulting, Grace spent ten years in the consumer packaged goods industry, where she led work spanning corporate sustainability strategy, R&D, and circularity initiatives. That experience gives her a practical understanding of how climate, regulatory, and operational challenges show up inside real businesses and how to connect climate risk to day-to-day decision-making across functions.
Grace specializes in helping organizations cut through complexity, identify material risks and opportunities, and turn climate-related insights into actionable strategies. She is especially focused on helping clients integrate resilience and climate considerations into core business planning in ways that are credible, useful, and grounded in operational reality.
