Sarah Brown, founder and CEO of Into Right Relationship, brings over 20 years' experience cultivating direct and authentic dialogue, trusting people to trust themselves, delivering a diverse portfolio of training programs, and building some stellar teams. Her work is founded on one principle: when you relate to your staff – human to human – they stay longer, work harder, and innovate more creatively. Since its inception in 2021, Into Right Relationship finds itself working with clients at the precipice of leveling up – as leaders, managers, and as humans.
Before founding Into Right Relationship, Sarah served as the Deputy Director of OnTrack Financial Education & Counseling where she directed programmatic innovation and delivery (including leading two agency-wide transformations in response to changing community and organizational needs); shaped strategic and financial directions; and supervised all mid-level managers, program, and client services team members.
